Availability and identity, plainly stated
Corporate OIDC SSO is implemented and protocol-tested, with operator-assisted activation under a business service order. Customer IdP configuration and a live acceptance test are required. SAML and SCIM are not available. The operating availability objective is 99.5%; no default service-credit SLA is offered. Public status separates one-minute endpoint checks from the five-minute authenticated sign-in and private-file probe, and identifies unmonitored components and partial-month data.
